Our Leadership
Dr. Steve & Reita Ball, Chancellors
Dr. Steve Ball has distinguished himself as a leader in church and community service. His ministry is marked with powerful miracles. His leadership and business skills have been recognized by national and international private and government organizations. Dr. Steve Ball and his wife, Reita, are the founders and lead pastors of the Metropolitan Tabernacle Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Metro Tab Church is a non-denominational, spirit-filled, multi-racial church with 20+ nationalities… characterized by dynamic services full of the presence of God. Educationally, Dr. Ball holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lee University, a Master of Arts from the Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee, a Master of Education from the University of Tennessee and a Doctorate of Ministry from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Pastor Reita Ball holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lee University in Business Education.
Olivia Aziz, Director
Olivia Aziz has experience serving and leading in the education and administration field for over a decade. She has worked with students from all walks of life. Olivia has heart for students and a tremendous desire to see them unlock their potential and walk in their God ordained destiny. Her desire is to equip and empower young people to pursue God’s purpose for their lives.
Olivia Aziz serves on the Leadership Team at Metro Tab Church as the Worship & Youth Pastor and Director of Social Media and Graphic Design. Olivia’s ministry is marked by God’s resilient passion for people and His desire to equip and empower them to live godly lives. Whether it is through her singing, speaking, or writing – people from all walks of life are inspired and provoked to pursue a life of integrity, to “re-think” faith, and to love themselves and others more.
